- Pipes for drinking water the competition concerns the supply of pe pipes for water and gas pipeline systems and is divided into 2 lots: • lot 1: pe pipes for water pipeline systems. • lot 2: pe pipes for pipeline systems gas. total requirement for the period 2021-2022 = 69km 2.7 place of delivery ticino 2.8 duration of the contract, framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system 24 months after signing the contract the order is subject to renewal: yes description of the renewals: in agreement with the members, enerti sa may request, before the expiry of the term of the supply contract, the updating of the price p0 for a further two years. If the price is deemed reliable and in line with the change in the consumer price index, enerti sa will be able, in agreement with the members, to confirm the two-year extension of the supply contract.
