After the animal hospital moved away, it was used as part of a general renovation in 1992 and converted into a modern architectural ensemble consisting of restored and protected old and new buildings. Changed operational and location-related needs as well as upcoming maintenance requirements lead to the planned structural measures with which the campus engehalde is to be sustainably upgraded.
